آقای حاتمی یزد که رییس پیشین بانک صادرات است می نویسد « «ایران‌چک‌ها» همان نقشی را که اسکناس‌های ۱۰ هزارتومانی و پنج هزارتومانی و غیره ایفا می‌کنند را دارا هستند. در واقع «ایران‌چک»‌ها، چک نیستند و همان پول نقد در گردش در جامعه شده‌اند که توسط دریافت‌کننده به صورت اسکناس برای خرید و فروش و ادای دین و پرداخت بدهی و... استفاده می‌شود و به تعبیری، نقش اسکناس را ایفا می‌کند.»

این مقام پیشین بانکی می نویسد « حجم ایران‌چک‌های صادرشده را باید به حجم اسکناس‌های چاپ‌شده اضافه کرد در حالی ‌که در آمار رسمی به‌چنین نکته مهمی توجه نمی‌شود. انتشار اسکناس از مقررات و ضوابط خاصی تبعیت می‌کند به این معنا که باید نمایندگان مجلس، نمایندگان دولت، نمایندگان بخش خصوصی و نمایندگان قوه‌قضاییه در کمیته‌های چاپ اسکناس حضور داشته باشند و حجم اسکناس منتشرشده را تصویب کنند و بر اساس نظرات کارشناسان نوع و رنگ اسکناس مشخص شود و در اختیار عموم قرار گیرد. پس اگر آقای لاریجانی می‌گوید صدور «ایران‌چک»‌ها قانونی نیست انتقاد کاملا درست و بجایی است»

به گفته رئیس جمهور آرژانتین، لایحه ملی كردن شركت وای پی اف با هدف تثبیت حاكمیت ملی بر منابع هیدروكربوری به كنگره فرستاده شده است.

مجیدی خاطرنشان كرد: برق مورد نیاز مجتمع به میزان 30 مگاوات نیز تامین و از اواخر خرداد ماه امسال به طور كامل نیاز سایت از این طریق برطرف خواهد شد.
