نمایشگاه جشن نوروز در قزاقستان شامل آثار هنرمندان در سه رشته عكس، كاریكاتور و گرافیك است و پس از آن در دیگر كشورهای عضو اكو به نمایش در می آید.

این نمایشگاه تا دوم اردیبهشت ماه در محل موزه هنرهای معاصر شهر آستانه دایر خواهد بود. برای برگزاری این نمایشگاه بیش از چهار هزار اثر از هنرمندان 30 كشور ازجمله ایران با دبیری كامبیز درم‌بخش، سیف‌الله صمدیان و امرالله فرهادی، مورد بررسی 9 داور بین‌المللی قرار گرفته است .

معاون نخست وزیر اسرائیل: نباید در دام فضای مثبت مذاکرات افتاد

چهار روز پس از برگزاری گفتگوهای اتمی در استانبول، هشدار مقام های اسرائیلی درباره احتمال بی نتیجه بودن دیپلماسی در برابر ایران، همچنان ادامه دارد.

دانی آیالون، معاون نخست وزیر اسرائیل، روز چهارشنبه گفت که "نباید در دام فضای مثبت مذاکرات افتاد."

در اسرائیل این نظر مطرح است که منافع مشترک واشنگتن و تهران ایجاب می کند که روند مذاکرات طی سال ۲۰۱۲ میلادی ادامه پیدا کند تا بنیامین نتانیاهو در اوج مبارزات انتخاباتی باراک اوباما نتواند او را با جنگ جدیدی در خاورمیانه غافلگیر کند.

آلکس فیشمن، تحلیلگر روزنامه یدیعوت احرونوت به بی بی سی فارسی می گوید: "آمریکایی ها می خواهند از طریق دیپلماتیک این مشکل را حل و فصل کنند. اولویت دوم آنها این است که اقدام نظامی اسرائیل علیه ایران را به تاخیر بیاندازند."

عقب نشینی تاکتیکی ایران یا نرمش بیش از اندازه قدرت های بزرگ، نگرانی دیگر اسرائیلی هاست.

بعضی مقام های دولت آقای اوباما بدون افشای نامشان در اقدامی کم سابقه به رسانه های اسرائیلی متوسل شده اند تا "رفع شبهه" کنند.

برخی ناظران می گویند که ابراز تردید مقام های اسرائیلی درباره موفقیت مذاکرات و انتقاد از سیاست آمریکا، بیشتر مصرف داخلی دارد و برای آرام کردن طرفداران حمله به ایران است.

به باور این تحلیلگران، درخواست های آمریکا از ایران مدت هاست که با اسرائیل در میان گذاشته شده و رهبران دو کشور در این باره تفاهم متقابل دارند.

محمد اقبال‌ لاهوری‌ در ‌سال 1252 هجری خورشیدی در سیالكوت‌ یكی‌ از شهرهای‌ پاكستان‌ پا به عرصه گیتی نهاد. نام پدر وی نور محمد و حرفه اش‌ بازرگانی‌ بود. اقبال در شش سالگی‌ به‌ مكتب خانه‌ رفت‌ و قرآن‌ را در آنجا آموخت‌ و پس‌ از آموزش‌ قرآن‌، وارد مدرسه‌ ابتدایی‌ شد و سپس‌ برای‌ گذراندن ‌دوره ‌متوسط به كالج‌ هند رفت‌ ونخستین ‌مقاله‌ خود را در مجله‌ زبان‌ دهلی‌ منتشر كرد.

اقبال‌ لاهوری‌ پس‌ از پایان‌ تحصیلات‌ متوسطه ‌راهی‌ دانشگاه‌ لاهور شد و در این‌ شهر با توماس‌ آرنولد دیدار كرد. این ‌شخص‌ تاثیر زیادی‌ بر افكار او ‌گذاشت‌ و اقبال تحت‌ تعلیمات‌ و ارشاد آرنولد موفق به اخذ ‌فوق‌ لیسانس‌ فلسفه‌ شد و زبان‌ فارسی‌ و انگلیسی‌ را نیز فراگرفت.

وی به سرودن شعر علاقه فراوان داشت و نخستین‌ سروده‌ خود را با عنوان‌ ناله‌ یتیم‌ در انجمن‌ شعر قرائت‌ كرد و مورد تحسین‌ بزرگان‌ ادبیات‌ هند قرار گرفت‌.

اقبال‌ ‌به‌ همه‌ نشان‌ داد كه‌ دوستدار آزادی‌، عدالت‌ و سلامت‌ نفس‌ است‌.‌ یك‌ سال‌ بعد، سروده‌ دیگری‌ با عنوان‌ خطاب‌ یتیم‌ را خواند كه‌ باعث‌ شهرت او شد.

اقبال به‌ توصیه ‌آرنولد برای‌ ادامه‌ تحصیل‌ به انگلستان رفت و در دانشگاه‌ كمبریج‌ در رشته‌ حقوق‌ به ‌تحصیل‌ پرداخت و‌ اولین‌ منظومه خود را به‌ نام هیمالیا برای‌ روزنامه‌ 'مخزن‌' در هند فرستاد تا به‌ چاپ‌ برسد.

وی همچنین رساله دكترای خود را با موضوع 'رشد‌ ماوراء الطبیعه‌ در ایران' به انجام رساند كه معروف به 'سیر حكمت در ایران' و هم چنین 'سیر فلسفه در ایران' می باشد و با این عناوین ترجمه شده است.

اقبال زبان‌ آلمانی را نیز فراگرفت‌ تا بتواند از كتب‌موجود در زمینه‌ فلسفه‌ در دانشگاه مونیخ‌ استفاده‌ كند و مدتی هم به تحصیل فلسفه پرداخت. اقبال در حالی‌ اروپا را به‌ مقصد وطن‌خود ترك‌ كرد كه‌ تحولات‌ عمده‌ای‌ در افكار واندیشه‌های‌ او پدید آمده‌ بود. اقبال‌ پس‌ از بازگشت‌ به‌ وطن‌ در كالج‌ دولتی‌ لاهور به‌ ریاست‌ بخش‌ فلسفه‌ انتخاب‌ شد و همزمان‌ به‌ تدریس‌ فلسفه‌ و زبان‌ انگلیسی‌ پرداخت‌. وی‌ ضمن‌ آنكه‌ به‌ امر وكالت‌ و تدریس اشتغال‌ داشت‌ با جدیت‌ تمام‌ به‌ بیداری‌ و آگاه‌ سازی‌ و دعوت ‌مسلمانان‌ به بازگشت به اصالت‌ خویشتن‌ می پرداخت‌. اقبال‌ درهمین‌ زمان به‌ توصیه‌ دوستان‌ به‌ عضویت ‌مجلس‌ قانون‌ گذاری‌ پنجاب‌ درآمد. كمپانی‌ هندشرقی‌ در آن‌ زمان‌ سعی می‌كرد با دادن ‌شعارهای توخالی پیرامون دموكراسی، ذهن‌ توده‌ها را از اهداف‌ و نقشه‌های‌ شوم‌ خود منحرف سازد.

اقبال‌ در اشعارش‌ پرده‌ از این‌ به‌ اصطلاح‌ آزادی‌هایی‌ كه‌ ناشی‌ از تمدن‌ و فساد غرب‌ بود برداشت. او در پی‌ یافتن‌ علل‌ مشكلات‌ دامنگیر مسلمانان‌ هندی‌ و عوامل ایجاد تفرقه‌ آنان‌ بود و سرانجام ‌سرمنشاء آن‌ را در سیاست های‌ كمپانی‌ هندشرقی‌ یافت و به همین منظور به ایجاد یك‌ سلسله‌ تبلیغات‌ و آموزش های‌ اسلامی‌ برای‌حفظ فرهنگ‌ بالنده اسلام‌ در مقابل‌ هجوم ‌استعمار غرب‌ پرداخت. وی ریاست‌ سالانه‌ حزب ‌مسلم‌لیگ‌ را تقبل‌ كرد و مسلمانان‌ را به‌ حركت‌ در برابر دشمنان‌ اسلام‌ واداشت‌ و این‌ حركت‌، كمپانی‌ هندشرقی‌ را به‌ هراس‌ انداخت‌ تا آنجا كه‌ دست‌ به‌ تبلیغات‌ علیه‌ اقبال‌ و طرفدارانش‌ زد.

در همین‌ حال‌ عده‌ای‌ مزدور كمپانی‌ هند شرقی‌ به‌ اقبال‌ تهمت‌ زدند و او را مخالف‌ دین‌ خدا معرفی‌ كردند، تا مردم از برگردند اما برخلاف تصور سران‌ این‌ كمپانی،‌ نه تنها مردم بیدار فریب‌ حیله‌های‌ آنان‌را نخورند بلكه اقبال‌ برای‌ آزادی علیه‌ استعمار بریتانیا و سایر امپریالیستها به مبارزه سخت تر و عمیق تری دست زد. او معتقد بود كه‌ مرز بندی‌های‌ قومی‌، نژادی‌ و تعصبات‌ مذهبی‌ سبب‌ تفرقه‌ بیشتر می‌شود و مسلمانان‌ برای‌ رسیدن‌ به‌ هویت‌ واقعی‌ خود باید متحد و یكپارچه‌ شوند همان‌طور كه‌ اقبال‌ در اكثر اشعارش‌ می‌گوید: خائن‌ و مزدور، لنین‌ و قیصر، ستمگران‌ و زرپرستان‌، مسوول‌ تمامی‌ آلام‌ و مصیبت های‌ محرومین‌ هستند.

او بر این‌ مساله‌ تاكید داشت‌ كه‌ باید از تكنولوژی‌ غرب‌ بیشترین‌ استفاده‌ را كرد ولی نباید زیر بار یوغ‌ غرب‌ رفت‌.

اقبال‌ برای‌ بار دیگر به‌ ریاست ‌سالانه‌ حزب‌ مسلم‌ لیگ‌ انتخاب‌ شد و دانشگاه‌ كابل‌ اقبال‌ را به ‌سرزمین‌ خود دعوت‌ كرد. اقبال تاكید بسیاری بر ارتقای سطح فكری و فرهنگی مردم داشت و می گفت :'... تنها راه ‌نجات‌ شرق‌ ارتقای‌ سطح‌ فرهنگ ‌جامعه‌شان‌ است‌، تا انقلابی‌ در اندیشه كشورهایِ ‌مسلمان‌ پدید نیاید هر تلاشی‌ برای‌ مقابله‌ با سلطه‌ ‌غرب‌ و همسانی‌ با آن‌ بی‌نتیجه‌ خواهد بود.'

اقبال در ایران نیز شهرت فراوانی داشت و شاید بنیادی‌ترین دلیل شهرت او در ایران چهره مذهبی او باشد زیرا از سوی افرادی مانند مطهری و شریعتی كه چهره های مذهبی داشتند به مردم، شناسانده شد.

استاد مطهری در كتاب بررسی اجمالی نهضت های اسلامی در صد ساله اخیر، اقبال لاهوری را یك قهرمان اصلاح‌گرا در جهان اسلام به شمار می‌آورد كه ‌اندیشه‌های اصلاحی‌اش از مرز كشور خودش هم گذشته و كم و بیش در همه جهان اسلام اثر گذاشته است.

از آثار به یادگار مانده از اقبال می توان به احیای فكر دینی در اسلام، علم‌ اقتصاد، تاریخ هند، اسرار خودی، رموز بیخودی، پیام مشرق، بانگ درا، سیر فلك، زبور عجم، جاوید نامه، پس چه باید كرد ای اقوام شرق، سیر حكمت در ایران، مثنوی مسافر، بال جبرئیل، ضرب كلیم، ارمغان حجاز و شكوه اشاره كرد.

از كل 12 هزار بیت شعری كه توسط اقبال سروده شده‌، هفت هزار بیت آن فارسی است. وی آرزو داشت تهران روزی جایگاه ژنو در اروپا را پیدا كند.

اقبال سه سال پایان عمر خود را با بیماری های مختلفی دست و پنجه نرم كرد و در 25 مارس‌ 1938 بیماری‌ بطور كلی‌ بر تمامی‌ وجودش‌ مستولی‌ شد و سرانجام ‌چراغ‌ پرفروغ‌ عمر؛ این دانشمند متفكر در سپیده‌دم‌ اول اردیبهشت 1317 برابر با 21 آوریل ‌سال‌ 1938 میلادی‌، در 65 سالگي در پاكستان به خاموشی گرایید.
