ابراهیمی در ادامه به تشریح فعالیت های مرحوم بن یحیی پس از استقلال الجزایر تا سقوط هواپیمای حامل وی و 13 تن از همكارانش در مسوولیت های مختلف سیاسی در داخل و خارج الجزایر پرداخت.

دراین پیام آمده است: وزیر فقید امور خارجه الجزایر كه در زمان حیاتش برای خدمت به مردم الجزایر و برقراری صلح و آشتی در بین ملت ها از هرگونه تلاشی برای توقف جنگ و خونریزی دریغ نمی ورزید، در نگاه دولت و مردم ایران سیاستمداری بود كه در راه برقراری صلح و خدمت به ملت های جهان بویژه امت اسلامی باتفاق همراهانش به شهادت رسید.

رهبر دمکرات‌های تاجیک می‌گوید که حتی در صورت موفق نشدن این مذاکرات، حزب دمکرات با نامزد خود در انتخابات آتی ریاست جمهوری در تاجیکستان شرکت خواهد کرد.

مسعود صابراف روز دوشنبه ۱۴ می به بی‌بی‌سی گفت که مذاکرات برای پیشبری نامزد یگانه قبلاً آغاز شده و این روند ادامه‌ دارد. وی از ارائه اسامی احزابی که شامل این مذاکرات هستند، خودداری کرد.

آقای صابراف افزود که حزب دمکرات تاجیکستان پیشنهاد کرده است که "احزاب سیاسی مخالف ایدئولوژی فعلی" باید یک انجمن مشترک قبل از انتخاباتی برگزار کنند.

وی افزود: "در این انجمن باید از میان نامزدهای مختلف شخص ارزنده‌ای انتخاب شود و در صورت حاصل شدن توافق، احزاب مخالف دست‌جمعانه باید از این نامزد پشتبانی کنند."

هرچند، به گفته آقای صابراف، دمکرات‌های تاجیک به برگزاری انتخابات شفاف و منصفانه ریاست جمهوری در تاجیکستان چندان اعتماد ندارند.

وی گفت: "ما دیگر به این وعده‌های حکومت باور نداریم و از احزاب دیگر کشور نیز دعوت می‌کنیم، که فریفته وعده‌های دولت برای برگزار انتخابات شفاف نشوند. ولی جانبداران حزب دمکرات در روند انتخابات برای تأمین شفافیت تلاش خواهند کرد."

این در حالیست که اخیراً سازمان جدیدی با نام جنبش ملی تاجیکستان برای برگزاری انتخابات شفاف در سال ۲۰۱۳ اسناد خود را برای ثبت نام به وزارت دادگستری کشور ارائه کرد.

ورجانی افزود: با آنكه فدراسیون جانبازان چون سایر فدراسیونها با مشكل مالی مواجه است، اما امكانات و فضای مناسب ورزشی در اختیار ورزشكاران قرارگرفته و با توجه به این امكانات ، امیدواریم در لندن نیز در سطح خوبی ظاهر شده ومدال كسب كنیم.

** استفاده ازسالن تیراندازی آزادی كمك موثری در افزایش آمادگی تیراندازان دارد

'الله كرمی'رییس كمیته تیراندازی زنان فدراسیون جانبازان نیزدراین نشست گفت: تمرینات تیم ملی به صورت مرتب ازابتدای سال 91 شروع شده و تیم ملی علاوه برسالن تیراندازی فدراسیون از امكانات سالن تیراندازی آزادی كه درسطح استاندارهای پارالمپیك است نیز استفاده می كنند.

وی همچنین حضور تیم ملی درمسابقات جام جهانی تركیه را محك خوبی برای تعیین سطح دو تیرانداز اعزامی به پارالمپیك دانست وگفت: 'ساره جوانمردی' توانست در این رقابتها در رشته تپانچه بادی كلاس SH1 بر سكوی دوم این رقابتها بایستاد ومدال نقره این رقابتها را كسب كند.

به گفته الله كرمی،'عالیه محمودی'نیز درجریان این رقابتها بر سكوی چهارم ایستاد.
